victorian-house-70x701This Website is designed to teach you about Short Sales. It is a blog format, so the posts are organized by the date they are posted. However, you probably want to find just what you want to know.

To contact Tim Burrell, click on the Contact Tab on the top of the page.

If you want to sell your house, go to the For Sellers page (on the top tool bar). It will give you an overview of the process.

If you want to buy a short sale, go to the For Buyers page (yes, it is also on the top tool bar), for a summary of the issues you will encounter.

If you are new to short sales, start with the Step By Step Short Sale (http://shortsalesr.us/?p=64 ). That will walk you through the entire process from beginning to end so you can get an understanding of every segment.

When you need information about a particular topic, go to the box that says “search this website” in the upper right corner of each page. Put in the term you are looking for, and it will give you the posts that use that term. Also, look at the Categories along the top row of the webpage. The row is just under the list of pages on this site. You can also find a list of Categories on the lower right of the page. Several posts are entered in different Categories, as they discuss more than one topic. If you click on the category, it will give you everything in that category.

If you want to stay up on the latest discussions, look to the right just under the video for Recent Posts. We welcome guest authors, so if you have something to say, send it in an email to tim@TimBurrell.com. If you send in a post, please indicate how you would like to be identified and if you would like a link to your website or blog. You can also Comment on any of the posts, as participation, discussion and dissent are encouraged. If you prefer, you can use the Contact page to send a message.

If you want to have new posts sent to you when they appear, go to the Feedburner sign up just above the video on the Home page. When a new article is written, you will get it by email.

If you want to find out who is writing all this, go to the About page, where you can find more about me than you ever wanted to know.

What do you do when you need help and you cannot find the answer in this website? Put up a comment or a post and see if the response will provide the information you need. What do you do when you really, really need help, right now with specific direction of what to do in a specific situation. Email me at tim@TimBurrell.com and I can be your consultant, but I charge a fee for my consultations. I want you to learn how to do every part of a short sale on your own, but there may be situations where you need more help than that.

Thank you for learning about short sales. They are a lot of work, but they have huge benefits to the homeowners, the buyers, the banks and the neighborhoods. I appreciate your effort to help America out of the current housing problems.
