		<description>At the closing, the closing attorney will have all parties sign the closing statements.  However, long before closing you need them to prepare a draft HUD that you can submit to the lender who is reviewing the request for a short payment.  Then, before closing the short pay lender will require that they review and approve the final HUD.  So, there is a lot of work to do before closing, at which the parties sign the final HUD, but only after review and approval by the lender getting the short payment.
