If you want to understand Short Sales completely

Short Sales have changed completely so that some agents are having their best year ever working with them. You can too! There are many traps in Short Sales, from loan fraud that can put you in jail to FTC regulations that can get you in trouble. You need to be properly trained. You can do your part to get America out of the financial crisis by helping sellers avoid being thrown out of their homes, getting a better deal for your buyers, preventing vacant foreclosed homes in your neighborhood and saving banks from failure. The class is taught by Tim Burrell, a Raleigh Realtor with 33 years experience who has been doing Short Sales since 1993. You will learn a step by step procedure from a Realtor who does Short Sales daily & you will receive a full reference book.

There is a money back guarantee, we are so sure you will like the class.

“I learned more concrete and usable information in Tim’s class than I’ve learned in 2 years of trying to do Short Sales. His concise outline will enable me to be more confident and direct when dealing with seller-borrowers. Thanks, Tim, for your generosity. ” Pam Wooddell, Broker/Owner Live Oak Real Estate

The Class is Tuesday, April 22 starting at 1 PM in Raleigh

Please fill out the form below for the Short Sale class that is April 22, 2014 from 1 to 5:10 p.m. The cost of the class is $55 if you pay in advance. If you pay at the door, it is $75 because doing the paperwork is much more difficult. You will receive four hours of Continuing Education credit and a certificate when you complete the class. There are only 40 seats available. Your registration is effective when your payment is received. You can pay by clicking the button below the registration, or get a check payable to Tim Burrell, either by delivering it or mailing it to Tim Burrell 9131 Anson Way, Raleigh, NC 27615. You will receive emails from us about the class, so check your email. Scroll to the bottom of this page for the class location and other details.

Take the class and you might say “Thank you for that excellent class. I appreciate your expertise and willingness to share your knowledge,” just like Bill Fox with Keller Williams.

The form above gets your registration information to us. The next step is to pay for the class. The best way is to pay online, by clicking the “Pay Now” button below so you can pay the $55. You can also get a check to us for $55 before class, or pay at the door at a charge of $75.

If you are trying to decide whether it is worth the effort to take this class, watch Michael tell you how he drove three hours from Charlotte so he could get the best short sale class in the state.

There are no refunds of the registration fee unless the course is cancelled, because the seating is limited and each payment reserves a seat and prevents someone else from having it. However, we will schedule you for a later class and apply your payment to that class.

The class will be held at the training room of RE/MAX UNITED 9131 Anson Way, Raleigh, NC 27615. It is near the intersection of Six Forks Road and Strickland Road. Enter the building from the side of the building that faces the Keller Williams Realty building and go to the second floor. The room is just to the right of the elevator.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before class to get registered, because we want you to get Continuing Education Credit. Please bring your North Carolina Real Estate Commission pocket card with your license number and your receipt for payment with you, just in case. The class will start right at 1 p.m and go until 5:10 p.m. We have to stay on schedule to comply with the rules of the Real Estate Commission.

Bring a big smile and the ability to catch Mardi Gras beads. If you get a set of beads, you win free consultation time with Tim Burrell.
