You will receive four hours of Continuing Education credit and a certificate when you complete the class. There are no refunds of the registration fee unless the course is cancelled, because the seating is limited and each payment reserves a seat and prevents someone else from having it. However, we will schedule you for a later class and apply your payment to that class.
The class will be held at the training room of RE/MAX UNITED 9131 Anson Way, Raleigh, NC 27615. It is near the intersection of Six Forks Road and Strickland Road. Enter the building from the side of the building that faces the Keller Williams Realty building and go to the second floor. The room is just to the right of the elevator.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before class to get registered, because we want you to get Continuing Education Credit. Please bring your North Carolina Real Estate Commission pocket card with your license number and your receipt for payment with you, just in case. The class will start right at 1 p.m and go until 5 p.m. We have to stay on schedule to comply with the rules of the Real Estate Commission.
Bring a big smile and the ability to catch Mardi Gras beads. If you get a set of beads, you win free consultation time with Tim Burrell.
There are only 40 seats available. Your registration is effective when your payment is received. You can pay by clicking the button below the registration, or get a check payable to Tim Burrell, either by delivering it or mailing it to Tim Burrell 9131 Anson Way, Raleigh, NC 27615.
