Short Sale Negotiating Specialist

Short sales have the normal features of a real estate sale, plus the negotiations with the lender to get the short payoff accepted. Most Realtors are trained to do a normal sale, but lack training to negotiate with the short sale lender. As a result, many Realtors do not do as well as they could with short sales.

The solution is to either learn how to negotiate the short sale package with the lender, or to delegate the job to someone else who is fully trained in this art. Our firm trains Realtors, their team members and Virtual Assistants to negotiate a short sale from the time that the listing is signed until the sale is closed. If you are a Realtor who does not like the short sale approval process, you can do what you do best, and train someone else to professionally deal with the special negotiations of a short sale. We will train you, and we will train your assistant.
